Irishmalts.com are proud to announce their first collaboration with JJ Corry – ‘The Black Friday’.
The Black Friday is a premium blend of nine-year-old single grain (40%) and thirteen-year-old single malt (60%) exclusively matured in ex-Bourbon casks. The blend is non chill-filtered and contains no added colourings.
Each of the 250 bottles has been hand-filled in County Clare at 46% ABV and will retail at a special Black Friday price of €89.95 in Ireland. 172 bottles have been allocated to the Irish market with 78 bottles allocated to the international market.
Irishmalts.com was founded by brothers Robert and John O’Donovan just over 18 months ago to support the rapidly growing Irish spirits business and already boasts a range of over 200 Irish whiskeys, gins and rums, focusing predominantly on independent bonders, blenders and distillers. Irishmalts.com operates two dispatch centres, one in Ireland and one in the UK, ensuring Irish whiskey fans on both sides of the Irish Sea enjoy a local service.

This is a release of 250 bottles where we have allocated 172 bottles to our Ireland dispatch centre and 78 bottles to our international dispatch centre in the UK”
JJ Corry was founded by Louise McGuane in 2016. JJ Corry source casks from around the world to age spirit in their rackhouse on the wild Atlantic Way in County Clare, which they use to create unique blends. Louise McGuane commented: “We were delighted to collaborate with our fellow pioneers in the Irish whiskey industry with this limited release. This small batch of just 250 bottles is the perfect way to kickstart our relationship with Irishmalts”
