A limited edition, collaborative bottling from Teeling Whiskey celebrates the upcoming unveiling of the redeveloped Terminal 2, Dublin Airport
Teeling Whiskey, Ireland’s leading progressive whiskey producer, in partnership with Aer Rianta International (ARI), has announced the release of an exclusive bottling for ‘The Irish Whiskey Collection’, The Collinstown Collection, to celebrate the upcoming unveiling of the newly redeveloped retail offering at Terminal 2 in Dublin Airport.
The first release in The Collinstown Collection was created from hand selected casks specifically chosen for ‘The Irish Whiskey Collection’, by Teeling Whiskey’s Master Blender, Alex Chasko. This first bottling is a 12 Year Old Irish whiskey produced from casks of malt & grain that have been blended and allowed to marry in ex-Loupiac wine casks. This is the first time an Irish whiskey has ever been finished in these French Wine casks and the resulting whiskey has taken on a very fruit forward taste profile while being accompanied by a balanced yet robust, long finish.
Bottled at 46% with no chill filtration, a signature method of Teeling Whiskey’s core range, this bottling is limited to just 6,000 bottles and is available to purchase exclusively through The Irish Whiskey Collection at The Loop, Dublin & Cork Airports and online via

A reference to the original Dublin Airport site and a toast to all it has achieved in its 78 year history – The Collinstown Collection derives its name from the address of the original Dublin Airport, which officially opened at 9:00am on January 19, 1940. It was a cold Friday morning when the inaugural flight – an Aer Lingus Lockheed 14 bound for Liverpool – departed from Collinstown Airport, as Dublin airport was originally known.
